"Three points pavement seven points maintenance" is currently the industry's recognized principles. On the basis of scientific paving, the floor for the correct and adequate maintenance is a major key to determine the length of life of wood flooring.
A, maintenance has "four protection"::
Wooden flooring high grade, grand, is the maintenance of trouble, some maintenance places we may not take into account, some may be encountered but do not know how to deal with.
1、Keep the water
After the floor is paved should be moved in within two weeks. Do not live for a long time or infrequently live in the room, should put a few pots of water in the room and keep the water volume, or use humidifier to make up for the moisture evaporated due to the opening of indoor heating; Southern rainy season should strengthen ventilation; indoor environment should not be too dry, nor too humid, to prevent dry cracking, shrinkage or expansion and deformation of the wooden floor.
2、Keep the floor dry and clean
Keep the floor dry and clean, wipe the floor with a wrung-out soft wet towel, in the northern dry areas, the dry season available wet cloth wipe the floor, in the southern climate in humid places, should not use a wet mop to wipe the floor or direct water cleaning.
3、Keep the indoor humidity low
If the outdoor humidity is greater than the indoor humidity, you can close the doors and windows tightly to keep the indoor humidity lower, if the outdoor humidity is less than the indoor humidity, you can open the doors and windows to reduce indoor humidity. When encountering humid and hot weather, you can turn on the air conditioner or electric fan. In autumn and winter to increase indoor air humidity, you can use a humidifier to keep the indoor air humidity at 50%-70%.
4、Keep the beauty of the floor
In order to maintain the beauty of the wood floor and extend the life of the finish, once every one or two months to play wax, wipe the stain clean before waxing, and then evenly coated with a layer of floor wax on the surface, a little dry, wipe with a soft cloth until smooth and shiny.

Wooden flooring paving is completed, at least 24 hours after maintenance before use, otherwise it will affect the use of wood flooring effect. General wood flooring should not be used with a wet cloth or water wipe, so as not to lose luster.
1、Wipe or mop scrubbing
Keep the floor dry, clean, can't mop with water wet mop or scrub with alkaline water, soapy water, so as not to destroy the brightness of the paint, damage the lacquer film. If there is ash or dirt available dry mop or wipe with a wrung out wet mop. Once a month (or two months) waxing (wipe the water vapor and stains before waxing).
2, the special stain cleaning methods
Special stain cleaning methods are: oil stains, paint, ink can use special stain removal oil wipe: If it is blood, juice, wine, beer and other residual stains can be wiped with a wet rag or with a rag dipped in the appropriate amount of floor cleaner; do not use strong acid and alkali liquid to clean the floor. Local board surface accidentally stained with stains should be removed in a timely manner, if there are oil stains available automatic rag or mop dipped in warm water with a small amount of laundry detergent scrubbing; if it is a drug or pigment, must be removed before the stain is not dissolved into the wood surface.
